Services include legal research and writing, trial and appellate level briefs, document review, drafting of pleadings and business documents, document review, paralegal services, and more.

2. Where and how does LegalEase conduct its legal work?

   LegalEase uses a blended model to provide its services. It employs experienced attorneys from the United States and India to perform the various types of legal work. Our US attorneys control all projects through their lifecycles while our Indian offices provide them with all support they might need. Our highly trained attorneys in India are proficient in English, and have been in the legal practice for a minimum of 5 years, and many have been practicing law for over 10 years.

3. What type of legal products can be outsourced to LegalEase?

   While we offer a variety of legal products such as legal research, document review, trial and appellate level briefs, drafting of pleadings, patent services and paralegal work, we are committed to finding the right solutions for your practice. Our blended model is capable of delivering quality products at low cost resulting in savings of upto 90%.

4. Is LegalEase's practice confined to any one jurisdiction within the US ?

   LegalEase's practice is not confined to any one jurisdiction, and our clients come from all parts of the United States . Our professionals have access to online legal research tools such as Lexis Nexis which gives them the ability to research law throughout the United States .

5. How is quality controlled at LegalEase?

   Our quality commitment to our clients is binding. We have a 4 level quality check process in place. Our clients have a full money back guarantee if they are dissatisfied with their work. We have all legal products go through two levels of quality checks made by US attorneys. Our attorney's experience and qualifications speak for themselves.

6. How do you protect confidential information?

   Moreover, all information submitted to LegalEase will be cleansed of any proprietary information before reaching the Indian attorneys, at our clients' request. All information is transferred via secure encrypted email.

7. Do you conduct conflict checks?

   Yes, our standard procedure is to perform conflict checks before taking on any assignments. In addition, our Indian attorneys are contractually bound to perform conflict checks before undertaking any work on behalf of LegalEase.

8. Is the work product of LegalEase covered by the attorney-client privilege and the attorney work product doctrine?

   Yes, the attorney-client privilege encompasses any work performed by our Indian attorneys. US and State court decisions have concluded that the attorney client privilege is not waived when confidential information is passed by an attorney to members of his or her support staff, including law clerks, paralegals, secretaries, and law students, for purposes of rendering legal counsel. 9. How long does it take to get a project completed?

   We complete all projects in the time specified by you. We offer a 24-hour turn around time for your urgent time-sensitive work.

10. In what formats can you deliver the project?

    Our standard procedure is to deliver completed work products in Microsoft Word format. However, if you need work delivered in another format, we will suit our products to your specific needs.

11. Will you provide copies of the authorities cited in your research?

    Yes, with all legal research and writing assignments, in addition to any completed work products, we will provide you with a Shepardized list of all cited cases.

12. What types of online legal tools do your attorneys have access to?

    We give our Indian attorneys access to online research tools such as Lexis Nexis and direct them to a wide range of free online resources. In addition, our facility in Chennai is stocked with legal publications of all varieties, and our collections continue to grow.

13. Are clients charged separately for use of online tools?

    No. We charge a flat rate and we never bill you separately for the use of any legal tools or other resources.

14. How do you charge for your services?

    We charge an hourly rate for our services depending on the turn around time and the type of work required. We will discuss our fees with you at the outset of any project, and will give you an estimate as to the time involved.

15. What are LegalEase's billing procedures?

16. How are projects submitted to LegalEase?

    All projects are submitted via email to LegalEase on templates provided by LegalEase.

17. What is your service guarantee?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with the legal product you receive, we will return you money or we will redo the work to your satisfaction.
