Justice
Conrad L. Mallet, Jr.
Justice Mallett, who has been a director of Lear
Corporation since August 2002, has been the President
of Sinai Grace Hospital since August 2003. Prior
to his current position, Justice Mallett served
as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Detroit
Medical Center since March 2003. Previously, he
served as President and General Counsel of Hawkins
Food Group LLC from April 2002 to March 2003,
and Transition Director for Detroit Mayor Kwame
M. Kilpatrick and Chief Operating Officer for
the City of Detroit from January 2002 to April
2002. From August 1999 to April 2002, Justice
Mallett was General Counsel and Chief Administrative
Officer of the Detroit Medical Center. Justice
Mallett was also a Partner in the law firm of
Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone from January
1999 to August 1999. Justice Mallett was a Justice
of the Michigan Supreme Court from December 1990
to January 1999 and served a two-year term as
Chief Justice beginning in 1997. Justice Mallett
also serves as a director of TechTeam Global,
Inc. and serves on the Executive Board of the
Metropolitan Detroit YMCA.
Ram Davloor
Ram is a Senior Vice President of Zavata Corporation,
a business processes and strategic outsourcing
company.
Habibullah Badsha
Mr. Badsha has a myriad of legal experience
spread over 50 years of active practice. His primary
focus has been Corporate and Criminal Law and
he is one of India's leading lawyers renowned
both nationally and internationally. He currently
serves as Senior Counsel and continues to practice
both at the Supreme Court and High Courts on matters
pertaining to Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate
Law and Intellectual Property Law. He serves as
a Director, Apollo Hospitals and Chairman, Mashmeijer
Aromatics. His M&A experience includes serving
as standing counsel for Du Pont's acquisitions
in India and has served corporate clients including
ITC (Indian Tobacco Company), Unilever, Mc Dowells,
Kellogs, Novatis and Apollo Hospitals. He is a
leading social activist in the fields of human
and minority rights. He chairs and holds senior
positions on several social and civic bodies including
the Rotary and the Free Masons Society.
