ALI ZAIDI
Ali received his bachelor's degree (with *High Honors*) from the University of Texas and his law degree (*cum laude*) from Syracuse Law School. He also holds a master's degree from Harvard University and a master of laws in Taxation from Washington University. Ali is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Connecticut and has worked at large law firms in both states.Ali has extensive experience covering the full range of M&A and private equity transactions, including entity formation, tax structuring, negotiations, financings, acquisitions and investments. Ali has worked with private equity and venture capital clients, including prominent funds both within and outside Michigan. Ali also practices in the areas of estate planning, intellectual property (trademarks and copyrights) and health law.

POOJA MOHAN
Pooja holds an LLM degree with twin specializations in Alternate Dispute resolution (ADR) and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). She graduated in law from the Mahatma Gandhi University. She was one of the top ranking students in the university and has won laurels for debates, writing and moot court competitions. She practiced in the High Court of Kerala for five years specializing in the areas of civil litigation, constitutional law and service matters.

PRIYADARSHINI DEEPAK
Priyadarsini Deepak holds a Masters Degree in Mercantile Law. She has had seven years of experience in active litigation in the areas of Contract, Company, Tort and Banking law. She is a life-member of the People's Council for Social Justice (PCSJ), a social organization aiming at providing legal aid to laymen.

RUBIN THOMAS JOHN
Rubin completed his B.A LL.B (Hons.) with First Class from the School of Indian Legal Thought, Mahatma Gandhi University . He has done several internships with practicing attorneys and an internship with Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, New Delhi. Rubin was short listed for the final interviews of the Commonwealth Scholarships, 2006. He has participated in several moot court competitions including the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Rubin is associated with several NGO's working for women and children. He is also pursuing a Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Law. His areas of expertise include International law and Cyber law.

SAVITHA S.SHENOY
She holds dual masters degrees in Labor Law and Business Administration and has two years experience at the High Court of Kerala. Her areas of interest include intellectual property and contract laws.

GAYATHRI RAJEEV
Gayathri holds a masters degree in Law of taxation from Calicut University and was the second rank holder in the University for LL B in 1997. She has seven years of experience in civil litigation at both the trial and appellate Courts.

CHANDINI G. NAIR
Chandini has a degree in law and a Masters in Business Administration. Chandini has 9 years experience at the bar and has conducted cases in the realm of Civil, Constitutional and Customs law.

SEEMA SARATHKUMAR
Seema Sarathkumar has a Masters Degree in Law from Calicut University having specialized in Administrative Law. Seema was the First Rank Holder in the University. She has practiced for two years in the field of Civil Litigation and Family Law. She is an active member of the People's Council for Social Justice (PCSJ), a social organization aiming at providing legal aid to laymen.

ANNIE JEEN
Annie, who is a law graduate, also holds a masters degree in Sociology. She has experience in civil and criminal litigation practice at both the trial and appellate courts. She was also associating with a Chartered Accountants firm, where her area of practice included corporate law, laws of taxation and Laws Related to Intellectual Property.

SANJANA R. NAIR
Graduated in law in the year 2001, she is the first rank holder of the University for the relevant year. Sanjana practiced in the High Court of Kerala for 5 years and specialized in Civil and Constitutional law. Sanjana was an active mooter during her college days and has represented the college in various moot court competitions including the Phillip C. Jessup international moot court competition.

RAJESH RAVI
Rajesh is a law graduate from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has worked with many MNC s and has been in the outsourcing industry for the past three years.

NESIRIN VINOD
Nesirin Vinod graduated in law in 2002 and she is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. She is also a member of the Tax Return Preparers Scheme.

K. K. BIJU OMNATH
Biju graduated in Law in 1999 and qualified for his master degree in International Business from Cochin University of Science and Technology in 2002. He has 3 years experience in advocacy with specialization in civil matters.

RAJADAS KURIAS
Rajadas has graduated from the School of Indian Legal Thought. He had gone through one month internship program with Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative at Delhi. Rajadas was short listed for the final interview of Commonwealth Scholarships, 2006 from all over India. As a student Rajadas participated in a number of moot court competitions conducted including the prestigious "Philip C Jessup International Moot Court Competition". Rajadas is also doing a diploma in Cyber Law from 'Asian School of Cyber Law'. Rajadas's area of expertise include International Law and Cyber Law.
