Challenge

The team needed to extract payment and KYC information from more than 1,200 compliance documents across two distinct document types.

The work initially relied on manual extraction, which took approximately 45 seconds per field and required significant effort across large document volumes.

To accelerate the process, the team adopted an AI-powered extraction platform. While this substantially reduced extraction time, the platform was limited to uploading 100 documents per project, requiring multiple upload cycles to process the full document set.

The team needed a scalable workflow that could support high-volume processing while delivering structured outputs for downstream QC review.

Solution

LegalEase Solutions developed two purpose-built AI extraction models on its extraction partner platform:

  • A five-field model for payment information from service documents.
  • A six-field model for contact information from KYC documents.

To remove the upload bottleneck, LegalEase Solutions implemented Drive integration, increasing upload capacity from 100 documents per project to 500 documents per batch. This reduced manual uploads and enabled larger document volumes to move through the extraction workflow more efficiently.

Outcome

More than 1,200 documents were processed through the automated workflow.
