The team established a consistent review framework through the NDA Best Practices Guide, setting clear guardrails for when standard playbook positions applied and when an issue warranted escalation. Every LegalEase attorney on the account was trained on the guide, helping maintain consistency across reviews without losing nuance or momentum.
The team also gave the client real-time visibility into its NDA pipeline through Microsoft Power BI dashboards, tracking agreements from intake to delivery and providing visibility into status, volumes, and turnaround times.
LegalEase helped the client keep its NDA pipeline moving without adding pressure to its lean legal team. Across the engagement, 598 NDAs were completed, equivalent to reviewing and negotiating roughly two legal agreements every business day for a year, while expedited reviews were handled without delay.
The client was able to move NDA reviews out of its internal bottleneck and give its legal team more capacity to focus on higher-value matters.
